Base made of grey cast iron of 0.24m height and truncated-cone shape with longitudinal and transversal decorative designs. Provided with register door and anchoring base plate for ground clamping.
Shaft made of galvanised steel tube with cylindrical geometry, its clamping to base is done through a male-female junction, being the shaft the male part and the base the female part. Shaft clamping and alignment is done with lateral hidden screws on the base’s top end. Embellishments in grey cast iron.
Register door made of grey cast iron, for connecting boxes and earth connecting bolt access. Locking by screws actionable with simple tooling.

Clamping at the top with thread 3/4‘’Gx50mm or Ø60x70mm.
Grey cast iron of quality EN-GJL-200 according to standard UNE-EN-1561. Steel of quality S-235-JR according to standard UNE-EN-10025.
Hot dip galvanization in liquid Zinc gives the shank a superficial coating of 600 gr/m2, both in the interior as well as the exterior sides of the shank.
Base and shaft:
Two-component Epoxi priming coat homogenously applied with a minimum thickness of 40µ.
Final colour coating in two-component polyurethane paint. Applied with a minimum thickness 70µ in black forge colour. Other colours available on demand.
